Why you can’t poop and what can you do about it?

Ideally you should be going at least twice a day , but this changes on an individual basis , so when your not, something has to be tweaked in your program.⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Can’t poop? Here are some reasons:

1. You don’t get enough fiber,

2. You’re dehydrated,

3. You’re Stressed,

4. You’re a sedentary person,

5. You might have a health condition, like thyroid disorder, or diabetes,

6. You Have a Chronic Condition,

7. Certain medications,

8. Poor overall diet.

 

 

So what can you do about it?

 

Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, get plenty of exercise. Go when you have to go, even if it means using a public restroom. And if the issue doesn’t improve after you make all those changes, then go to your doctor and see if there’s something else going on.
